The cross point of a figure 8 is pointed either down or up and the angle at the cross point is stretched to 90 degrees. Either the left or right hand is leading the figure 8. Whichever hand is leading bends up to floor plane (45 degrees at the cross point) while the trailing hand becomes the leading hand.

Due to Popular Request: a Tutorial on the tether manipulations found in my last video “Gunsling Wrist-Wraps.”
“Slide up the tether, wrap, move to the other side of the body, and unwrap.”

2 Poi Dopeness. Illusional tether manipulations that pinch like a gunslinger, then do an extra wrap (twist) around the wrist before changing sides of the arm and unwrapping. It took a while to get them clean, but they look really good when done well.

Tosses, Contact, and Tether Manipulations
In Oregon you can’t pump your own gasoline! I get to! It’s my job! Inbetween cars I’m permitted to dance and juggle. I play my music and worship the speakers. I get paid to practice and I pay rent. Poi… Dance… Juggle… Practice… at work. The job isn’t always pleasant. There are quite rude people in the world (turns out I’m a person). So there you have it. Practicing and committing to pumping the positive out to the people, one fill-up and dance at a time.
Only having one long poi sure has encouraged me to practice all those string tricks I’ve been loving…
